Go to: REPLAY https://www.replay.com/remailer/anon.html (You will be in 128 or 40 bit secured socket layer (contingent on your browser's capability) while you type, just like a credit card transaction.)

It'll look like this




In the 'To:' field, Put "mail2news@replay.com" without the quote marks. (This remailer is outside the USA in Holland) Leave the subject field blank.
In the message field insert the text below, with the (2) hashmarks at the very top left corner of the message box. Copy/Paste everything between the cutlines into the very top left space of the Replay message box!
Remember, the ## go in the very upper left corner of the message area.
Modify your newsgroup, subject and message below as needed after the cut and paste.

If you will add misc.test to your subscribed newsgroups you will be able to see your message in usually less than an hour:-))) You will see no mention made of anything to do with your 'real' identity in the headers of the test post. Of course, whoever runs replay can see every word you write if they choose to or at least that is what i believe;~)

These remailers are not to be abused.

They are, AFAICT, one of the only means of private communication left to the millions of oppressed and downtrodden masses. An individual, anywhere in the world(notwithstanding governmental interference via prohibition) can tell the world his story. The revolution in the United States was fortified by the anonymous writings of the founding fathers.
